Product Name: Scor-Pal Scoring Board
The Scor-Pal Scoring Board has grooves that allow you to quickly and accurately score your paper. The score line allows you to get a beautiful, crisp fold when creating cards. It also allows you to create score lines for decorative pieces on scrapbook pages, fancy folds for cards such as gate-fold and accordion-fold, box making, origami, iris folding, etc. It also comes with the score tool to create your score lines.
I must admit I always said I did not need a Scor-Pal, until I got one. I love this tool so much that it now stacks right next to my paper trimmer where I can easily grab it to use.
The advantage of this board is that it has multiple grooves across the board so that you can score several lines at the same time without moving the paper. It also provides precise score lines and is very quick and easy to use. The scoring tool is secured in a recessed area at the top of the board. It is easily released by the push of the button.
There are countless numbers of grooves so it is easy to quickly create the lines you need for your project. There are also symbols (plus, heart, and star) at the top of the board along the ruler. These symbols allow you to know at a glance which grooves to use for standard greeting cards, gate-folds, brochures, etc.
I really cannot find any disadvantages to this board. It has been a great addition to the tools I use, and it has helped me use techniques and create fun paper projects I would not have created in the past.

Project Ideas & Examples:
There are many scoring techniques that you can do with your Scor-Pal. Here is a card I created using the Scor-Pal to create a faux tiled look. This same look could also be used on a scrapbook page. The possibilities are endless. The white cardstock was also scored on the Scor-Pal to create my card base. It creates such a beautiful, clean fold for a card.
