Swap!
By: Klh

I said I would lay off doing another swap for a while! Not because I don't like them, but because they are time-consuming!! But, I just couldn't resist and signed up for one anyway. They're 6x6 layouts of a favorite verse. Hey! This is easy. I"m learning I like this little size...sure wish I could do this for a family album!! But there'd only be one pic, maybe two per page. Yikes. I'd have little 6x6 albums all over my house, multiplying like bunny rabbits Anyway, I'm using my favorite cardstock, Bazzill, of course-Some Daisy D's and American Crafts pp, Prima flowers, American Crafts ribbon, Bazzill buttons, speaking of buttons-I don't know what's come over me! I'm using them lots lately. Do you ever go through phases like that? Just loving one embellishment for some crazy reason?

check out my gallery-I will be posting my little 6x6 creations.

I learned something else today too. No matter what you do for the Lord, it counts! I've always wanted to do something "big" for the Lord, like Billy Graham  or Beth Moore, but that''s probably not God's plan for me. He wants me to be faithful and available for what He has planned, not what I have planned. King David wanted to build the Lord's temple, but because of issues in his life, God didn't allow him to do that. He did tell David, his son, Solomon could build it. So David decided to gather all the necessary supplies for Solomon to do the building! Kind of neat actually. Here he was king and he could have had his pride injured. Instead he wanted to do anything he could to have a part in it. Wow! Talk about humility.

Happy and Blessed Scrapping Y'all!
