Actually, she was sitting on my shoulder when I walked into Best Buy! 

My poor old laptop died a horrendess death!  Never had a chance - the hard drive had to be replaced after one week and it was problem free long enough for the warrenty to expire.  I should mention that my DD got the exact same laptop on the same day and hers has never had problems.  Then it was crash after crash.  I had enough a few weeks ago when it locked up AGAIN!

Enter new and improved and oh so shiny new Toshiba!  The battery works and I don't have to use the power cord!!!!  It's not the newest, latest and greatest one but it fit my meager budget and has way more memory and processor than the old one.  I was just tickled to have my own again and not have to share the desktop with hubby. (he didn't want me to load my photo editing software on his)

So Beverly is one happy camper!!!  Best wishes for you all to be happy campers too!
