Spotlight on (Digital)designer Emma Schonenberg:

Emma learned to love crafts thanks to her mother whom introduced her to ceramics at 5 years of age. After "a couple" of years and days before graduating high school, she discovered that Graphic Design was the most logical option for her creativity.
She started working with advertising and apparel companies before receiving her degree, and also worked 6 years as head of product development for a large Salvadoran candle manufacturer. Her unique and trend driven candle designs were distributed through major retail chains in both the United States and Europe. She currently works with an Export Promotion Program helping small and medium sized enterprises export their products internationally through focused design.
In her spare time, Emma pursues her love for color and creativity designing surfaces which she will exhibit in a European show in London. She also believes in the healing power of animals and volunteers, along with the rest of the family (human and canine), at a rehab center for homeless children with special needs where the kids receive dog assisted therapy.
Emma discovered scrapbooking about 4 years ago. She fell in love with the limitless creativity of the products the industry offers (and how bonding the hobby actually is!!) and knew in her heart she had to design for this audience. Her inspiration comes from everywhere! Family, her pets (4 American Bulldogs), nature, everyday items and European and U.S. interior designers motivate her to create fresh and colorful designs she has adapted for the scrapbook industry
