I am so excited. My layout about 9/11 is going to be in the next Simple Scrapbooks. I saw on their blog that it is at the printers. One of my goals was to get published in SS, but I never expected this layout to get published at all. It was just my feelings of the day, that I had a very hard time putting into words. Five years ago tomorrow, I took the bus to work. I had not noticed anything or anyone. My mind was wandering, wishing I was back at home with my 5 month old Sandi. I went back to work, from maternity leave, only a few weeks before. Every day was a battle to bring myself to go to work. I just wanted to be home watching every new thing my baby girl was doing.
