This new Fiskars 12 in. trimmer is really nice looking. I hope it works better (cuts straighter) than the old one. I'm hard pressed to find a trimmer that cuts straight and had a strong blade track. Looking forward to trying this one.

I'm willing to give it a try. My other Fiskar cutters do not cut straight, and the blades dull too quickly leaving the paper feathered.

Great new look. I just bought a Fiskars personal trimmer, so I will have to wait a while before getting another.

I think the last one looks great, but I hope the extension arm is clearly marked for measurements between 4 and 6 inches. My old blue and orange one is so unclear in that area and it's soooo annoying! Do you know how many things I cut in that range? I'm always measuring at " about a little off the metal part". I'm determined that with my next one I will be using real measurements.

I wish I had seen this beauty before I purchased my current guillotine trimmer. This gorgeous and safe design might have prevented me from slicing through my thumb last week as I raced around in a dash of scrapping. This is going right to the top of my wish list!!! :-D
