Yester I took my prego dog for a c-section, 2 1/2 days of labor and still no puppies.

We ended up with 5 little girls (tan labs) but mom did not do so well, she ended up putting her to sleep. She had a low platlet count and was not doing well.  Options were there but she would be sick for a long time at it would require blood transfusions.

But luckly there is a foster mommy that has 4 week old pups that has taken the choppets in as her own. Oh yah i was not looking forward to feedings every two hours.
