Everytime my DFIL greeted me it was with "Hello Gorgeous, you look Beautiful today". It didn't matter if I was dressed to the 9's or looked like I needed a shower. Some of you know that Grandpa has been ill. We got a call from the hospital this morning at 6:00am saying we needed to come in right away. As soon as we got there we asked him if he wanted to change anything with his health care directive. He said no, and we asked if he was sure and he said yes. The Doctor ordered comfort measures. Kind of, you ask! Well in this crazy market with so many closings, the process was way wacky and on Friday at 6:00pm the wire transfering the funds had not made it. All the papers are signed and she's covered by her insurance but it won't be final final until Monday. Keep in mind her husband works at a bank and that's the bank they used. After a week of feeling crummy and 3 night in the hospital my DD Katie is home! Turns out this was a nasty virus. I'm so glad she's home, she's supposed to stay home from school and work for another week and rest. She missed the last 4 days of her Math class and her final but her teacher will let her make it up after he returns from vacation.
