For the September AGC.

I generally always start w/ the pics (unless I'm doing a challenge where I have to start w/ the end result like a monochromatic scheme or something).

Anyway, first I get the pics and see how many pics will be on the page(s) of the layout. After that I decide what colors/embellies I want to use on the page.  Then I usually flip through a becky's sketch book or other scrapbook mag to get an idea for the page layout.  i NEVER follow them exactly, but seeing the ideas helps me get my own idea.

Then, I just start putting it together.  My initial vision of the layout generally changes as I get everything on the page.
