Homemade cranberry sauce is yummy! I finally tried making it this year. I think it will become tradition.

It's good to be home and near family again.

Sixteenth of an inch is too small for floor grout. One little mistake and the whole thing is off.

I'm thankful for grout that blends with the tiles enough to disguise imperfections as long as your not really looking for them.

Ha! If you've been chatting with me or reading the blog you are probably sick of hearing about home from me. The other evening I noticed the moon was big and close to the house so I thought I'd try a few pictures. This is home. You can see the 2x4s next to the windows if you look closely. Since we were gone it was easier to leave them up in case of needing to board up. We'll be taking them down after hurricane season is over this year. I didn't realize how much I missed working in the yard....cutting grass with a *riding* lawnmower, planning out new landscaping, watching the lizards, birds, squirrels and rabbits. All those things were missing before...even tho we still lived out in the 'woods'. I think we were too close to the road and the yard was so small.
