When I saw this Home Improvement Kit from K&Company - it was love at first sight!

The theme and the timing was perfect... I just bought a new house on December 20th, my mom finished building a huge home on a bluff, and my dad just broke ground on his dream beach house - and all RIGHT BEFORE Christmas. So I decided to make both my parents and myself a "blank" home improvement 6x6 mini accordion album so we could fill it in with our own pictures from start to finish.

I couldn't risk posting the completed project before Christmas for fear that might see it in my blog and the surprise would be spoiled... :)

Floor Plan Patterned Paper (not included in the kit)

I think this mini album will make a great coffee table conversation piece for each of us in the years to come. We are all passionate about our investments and our new homes and we're excited to pour our time and energy into them until they are "perfect" :)
