I had a coupon for 5% off my order, but when I entered the code for the free frame, it cancelled out my 5% savings, even though I entered the 5% coupon first, and I bought over $40.00 worth of supplies. I guess I misunderstood. I know I can only use 1 coupon per purchase, but this was for something free - and the directions said you had to buy $25.00 worth "after coupon deductions" & before shipping charges. What happened - and why couldn't I get my 5% deduction & my frame? I ended up taking the discount & not getting a frame even though I felt I'd "earned" it.

The "after coupons and deductions" refers to adding the frame to your cart and entering the code to get it for free... at which time you would still need to have $25 in your cart.

"One coupon per order" means that you can only take advantage of one promo at a time. Our system restricts the use of more than one coupon redemption.
