It's been too long since my last post, and just as long since I've done any scrapbooking. The girls' nap times are no longer a time for me to pull out a project and get busy. My sister-in-law is always asking where I find the time to work on my scrapbooks with an almost 2 year old and 3 month old baby. The answer is: ANY TIME THEY ARE BOTH SLEEPING It doesn't happen all the time. For example, right now would be a perfect time to get some pages done. I am amazed that Gaby has been sleeping for 2 1/2 hours, and Savannah for 1 1/2. AND they're in the same room! I took the opportunity to upload some of my recent pages and projects, and take a long shower =)

After 2 months of adjusting to being "Mommy of Two", I went on my first CROP NITE since Gaby was born. Robert and I met up with my friend, Kristin, and her sister, Kim, at Aloha BBQ in Mission Viejo for dinner. We did a little bit of catching up (family, work, kids, etc.) then got ready for a night of scrapbooking. Kristin and Kim went ahead. Ideally, it would be nice to have a couple years in between each child. I am so thankful to have my mom here to help me every day. We juggle time with both girls, cook and clean, and attempt to take care of other personal tasks. I've been on the mission to keep our home clean and organized. As crazy as the past 3 weeks have been, I actually got one lil' project semi-done. I made my mom a mini album for Mother's Day. She got it on Mother's Day, and cried when she saw the pictures of her holding me when I was her lil' baby. And because she is also "mom" to my kids, I included photos of her with Savannah and will be adding a couple of her and Gaby. The last photo I need to add is a current one of her and me.
