I turned 47 today. I had a nice birthday, Got lots of flowers, gift cards, and birthday wishes at work. Someone baked me a cake and people brought in goodies. It pays to work in the front office! Unfortunately, our P.E. coach who has had cancer for about 4 years passed away this morning at 1 A.M. It is so sad. Our principal waited until after school to tell everyone. We are finally getting some rain here in Arizona! It has been raining for about 30 minutes. I love it! I see some lightening but I don't hear any thunder. The Southeast side of town got lots of rain earlier in the evening and we are finally getting some. Monsoon storms are so funny - it will pour on one side of town or all around you and you will get 5 drops and that is it. DH washed his truck this morning, so that is why it is raining tonight! My summer break is officially over. I go back to work in the school office Monday morning. We have meetings starting at 7:30a.m. I haven't been up at 7:30a.m. in quite a while. I enjoyed my time off. We didn't go on vacation, but still managed to stay busy everyday. I think I only stayed home all day only a couple of days. It seemed there was always something going on.
