Well.... let's see.... in the hospital on Tuesday night with angina.... manic for the past month... tired, couldn't sleep, the older cat peed on my bed (anyone want a cat).... just having a heck of a day already. I am going to scrap this weekend if it's the last thing I do... well, after I finish cleaning house.

Boys are now learning the joy of tearing apart Styrofoam. Major vacuuming in my future!

We've been in the building and outside. Got too hot, so we came back into the house. Counting down to nap time. I'm ready to drop.

I did get more done in the building while the boys colored, played their version of ping pong and played with the race tracks.

Well today we got an update on my grandmother. She does have kidney cancer, 1 the size of a tangerine and a few smaller one. I guess they're talking surgery. My mom is going to go visit her tomorrow and so we'll know more after that.

We also got new tires for the car and called another realtor, they all keep trying to talk us out of living here in this town but it's where we want to be. Oh well, there's something out there for us we just haven't found it yet.

My BIL got a GREAT JOB!!! Paying $20/hr!!
And he sold a bunch of stuff from the old house for a total of $400!! :)
I am stuck at work catching some stuff up today. I scrapped last night at a friends and was up til three am. Only got a small LO done cause we chatted so much!!
We have my sisters coming over in the morning for a Father's Day breakfast. Hopefully it will be without drama. We had a real nice time with both my BIL's on Thursday evening having an early Father's day dessert gathering for them. Megan and Jacob came and saw their dad. Megan had not seen him since those pics I took of them a few weeks ago. Both kids looked like they had been forced to come. And Jacob spent most of the time playing with the lil nephews and not communicating much with his dad. His dad is in a three bedroom rental house and the kids have yet to stay there. It's maddening that my sister says so much negative to them about their dad. I was proud of him though. He was not at all preachy to them. My other sis and her family came, but you could totally feel the negativity between her and my other BIL. He sat out reading a magazine for a lil while after dessert was done. The bit of weirdness that happened was when my youngest sis arrived, she and my BIL (not her husband) greeted each other really nicely and shared a very long, genuine hug. Not a bad sort of weirdness, persay. Just cause afterwards, it suddenly occurred to me that they both were put in an awkward situation and handled it very nicely. So that was actually a good moment that night. :)

going to take some time off.

Had my appt in the morning. Neurology PA thinks I've been misdiagnosed and that my recurring sinus infection were actually migraine episodes. The reason is that my sinus CT scan did not show anything... and if I had that many sinus infections, it should have shown thickening sinus wall.

So he gave me some migraine medication to try. And those are making me dizzy on day 1 and giving me chest pain tonite. I won't be taking any.

On the bright side, we went to see Kung Fu Panda today, with a good friend. This is DS' first time in a theatre... he's scared of the movie, but ate a lot of popcorn!

Getting the painting done in the bathroom. Primer on walls & ceiling (2 coats) and ceiling paint done so far. Hoping to get teh walls done today. Will leave the trim & door to paint at another time.

Also need to prepare for vacation.

May not make it back before I leave so wanted to say bye and I'll see you all on the new thread.

Just sent my official resignation letter from the board of directors for the squad.

It is both a sad and happy (can't think of a better word) moment for me. {my arms are actually shaking}

Okay...so I am driving down the street, had an errand to run before clinic today. I see a guy standing on the corner. His hair is standing straight up on end, he's got gym shoes on with the laces dragging behind, his white socks are pulled up almost to his knees, his denim shorts are too short, not reaching his knees, he has on a sleeveless tshirt, and to top it all off a quilted down vest!!!! And he is very impatiently waiting on the walk signal to change, dancing around and mumbling and wiping his nose with his hand....

m gonna make Beef Stoganoff for lunch for my guys, then I'm going out to the building. Maybe I can sweat off some weight by being out there in the afternoon.

Tomorrow, my son and I will be going to the beach with my mother and baby brother. We're going crabbing and shopping at fish/seafood stores. Glamorous is my life!

Had my birthday on Sunday.
My boss keeps asking me if I'm pregnant and teasing me by telling me I'm not allowed cause it says so in my contract.
Boss took me out to lunch for my birthday and told me he's giving me a 50 cent raise even though I wasn't supposed to get one for a year cause I'm doing such a good job.

Bad news: My dad's fractured femur is not healing.

Still stiff and sore today after crabbing yesterday. I uploaded pix from yesterday to my gallery. Can't seem to get motivated to anything today.

At the airport getting ready to board plane. Hey - if work is going to make me drag this computer along - I might as well use it! :-)
