So we went to get a pup and both the hubs and I decided that if WE weren't absolutely wowed with the puppy, then we would decide to get one later. Of course the hubby decided that he absolutely was in love with our little guy as soon as he saw him. So we got a pup and are holding off on the baby! LOL The baby thing I think is just a joke we pass around back and forth. I honestly think that we are both scared to have a baby right now. I want to wait a couple of years, I do enjoy our time together right now. Does that make me selfish? I'm wondering if you guys would be willing to share how long you both waited or decided it was time to have a child. Any advice would be great!  

ps The funny thing now that we've had little guy with us for a few days is that I want to get him a little friend to keep HIM company!!!! Isn't that funny. First I didnt know that I wanted a dog, we got a dog cause we didnt think we were ready for a child and now that we have a puppy, I want to get ANOTHER PUPPY for the puppy we have now! LOL
