I love making mini albums with 'framed' front and back covers.
Here's an example from my gallery:
The front and back covers are Making Memories Vintage Hip Tin frames. In between, the pages are simply white cardstock folded accordian style. I used 2 sheets of 12x12 cardstock, cut, folded, and adhered to each other to get the amount of pages I needed. You end up with a great accordian album with hard covers.
You can also use the Making Memories Sheer frames. I think I'll try that next!

That is a very cute album! I love making the little albums as gifts. I get extra pics made or two wallets so I always have extras. I have been making the paper bag albums but I am tired of those. They are cute, but I think I will try this one next! thanks and great work!
