The CHA Winter trade show is now history. Today I'm unpacking (was too tired to tackle that job last night), washing clothes (not a single load done while I was gone -ugh!), and organizing/uploading photos I took. That's right - just 7 more pics in my gallery and the old images will be banished off my index page. I think I mentioned earlier that 2007 and 2008 were not big scrapping years for me. Because of that my SB.com gallery really suffered. There wasn't a single pic posted in 2008. How sad is that?

I was there and yes, I have the aching feet to prove it! I took over 600 pics. Lots of cool stuff!

This year's show is just a tad smaller and quieter than the last couple of years, but that is all relative and CHA is still a HUGE show with so much to see and absorb. This year's "green" theme means more environmentally conscious products and packaging - everything from organic inks, scaled down and reusable packaging and bulk retailing.

Have you seen it? Do you use it? I'm talking of course about Pagemaps by Becky Fleck. What a wonderful publication she has assembled for scrappers. I started using it last summer when I was always finding myself pushed up against on deadline or another and needed to whip out a layout (or two) FAST. Then the DT coordinator at the LSS I work with started assigning sketches for our monthly assignments. In no time I was HOOKED!
