This is the time of year that I HATE being a substitute. Three weeks without a job! No unemployment, simply no pay. Most of the time, I don't mind subbing. Sometimes, I even enjoy it! :) It's great going back to a class you know, and actually getting a chance to TEACH. So often, as a sub, all that is left for me to do with students during the day is worksheet after worksheet. Repetetive and boring for both the students AND me! Luckily, I will soon begin another long term substitute position....
