It's been a months since my last blog.... and all is well with me, my dad and family. I've been recovering rather well. Still healing, but not in constant pain. Just a quick story: Since I've beesn staying home with Christopher, he say's and sings the cutest things a little boy his age (4yo) could say. This is the song he's been singing lately. Both my dad and I are doing well and recovering. Thanks to all of you for all of your encouraging comments, thoughts and prayers. I'm still feeling pain and discomfort (as is my dad), but other than that we should be good as new in about 12 weeks. Again, thanks to all of you. Hugs and Kisses P.S. It’s officially less than a week before my dad’s kidney Transplant. We will be heading to San Antonio on Monday and I (as well as my dad) will be admitted Tuesday morning for another round of EKG’s, X-Ray’s, lab work and MRI’s. This is the final cross-match. It’s been a whirlwind of a week…and it’s ONLY Wednesday. Where do I begin? Monday night we had to call an ambulance to pick up my mother-in-law. She was having trouble breathing, was very week and we didn’t know if here sugar was low or if she didn’t have enough oxygen. The Great American Scrapbook Conventions is here! It will open to the public on Thursday and run through Saturday. I think tomorrow they will have a crop-a-thon and then the selling begins.
