I love hanging out with different people. I love learning about their foods in particular. Love, love, love foods of all sorts and think it's about the rudest thing in the world to refuse to try different foods.

I don't think it's rude to state a concern like "is it spicy hot" when a person can't handle things too spicy. But never "Eew, that looks gross."

Every year my dd asks me to make her Whopper Pies for her birthday. One for everyone and one just for her. Most people when we say Whopper Pie think Burger King Whoppers. No, we're talking about Whopper candy, the chocolate coated malt balls type.

Seriously, I’m really embarrassed by my post count. It really shows how OCD (not the Diva kind) I can get with things. It also showed that I needed something and I was getting it here.

Our hit list goes like this:

Electrical with two heating/air condition window type units. Getting a second electrical box. Wiring for lights, switches and outlets. Light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.

Then the ceiling. It's opened all the way to the rafters. It's 10 feet high. Dh has plans for sleeping lofts in certain area(s).

Then insulating the ceiling and the walls, which means framing the walls and either drywalling (which I don't want to do) or paneling....
