It hasn't been a whole week but I prefer to do my various blog updates on Sunday and Monday, so here goes.

1. Gingerbread Houses - put quite a bit of mental effort into it but not tons of work.  I was surprised at the good reception it got in from the critique group.  :-) 

2. Christmas Friends, Christmas Fun - this one was just a bear.  I love the tags most of all but, of course, they are hidden.  Figures LOL

3. Merry and Bright - marks the first cuts into my bazzill sampler.  Ooooh.  Like bazzill.  Put tons of effort and work into this one.   Mostly I love the bazill and the rubons LOL.  I think I like layouts less when I don't have a 'story' to go with them.

4. Christmas Eve - a simple layout that I put together quickly today.  I really like it.  I've loved that set of DCWV PPs since I got it and I was happy to get to use it.  Nice story too :-)

Now at 45.5 layouts for the year.  That's 19% of my goal of 240.  And the year is 19% over. Wow!  I didn't actually expect to be on track!

So... shopping.  I think I did well since my last update.  I don't think I bought anything.  I've looked online.  I've started a list of things I 'must' have (to restock my bazzill and to finish layouts I've done but don't feel are quite done).  But I haven't bought anything.  Good thing too because at 5 layouts a week, I'm still over 4 weeks 'in the hole'. 

DH has *not* reclaimed his desk.  He leaves a bit of stuff there but that's OK.  It certainly looks like it's mine at this point and I am enjoying it *so* much.

As for the kids' layouts?  Accidentally sent the picture order to my MIL... who loved the enlargements... raved about them.... so I told her to keep them LOL.  I'll place another order sometime soon.
