I went to a weekend crop the last weekend in January. It was amazing! I completed 19 pages over the course of the weekend. I had so much fun, being in a room with 75 other women who love the scrap. I am looking forward to next year when I get to go on another scrapping retreat!!!!

After 8 + days with the kids on spring break, I needed a break. If I hadn't had plans to go to my friend Joy's house to scrap last night, I think I would have lost it.The only thing holding me together in the afternoon was the thought of scrapping, chocolate and some kid free time. I have been scrapping almost every Friday night. Friday after school I usually let me kids have a friend over. Once the friends leave, I peel out of the driveway and I am off to scrap. I am at SAHM and sometimes I get lonely during the day. My kids are at school and it's hard to be alone so much of the day. I look forward to Friday nights sooo much. I had my daughter's 11th birthday party yesterday. We had a scrapbook party. Rented a room at the Holiday Inn and hired a CM consultant to bring all her cutting tools. At each girl's seat I put an album and 2 packs of stickers. I printed on velum " My Scrapbook". Each girl got to fill out a "my scrapbook" sheet for the front of her album. It had a list of my favoirte song, favorite food, thing i like best etc. I was worried the girls wouldn't want to scrap for the whole 2 hours, but they LOVED ...

Today my oldest DD is 11. How did that happen?? In my head she is about 4 yrs old. My groundhog had turned into such a young lady. My friend drove her home from school today because my DS is home with the stomach bug. I half expected a little toddler to walk in the door.
