I'm just popping in today to see how my cyber friends are doing they have all been so kind to me in my time of need. and I am really greatful for them. my head is not in the same place it was a week ago. but I know I'm still not myself. with a lot of prayer, and all my friends I will get throu this terrible thing. sometimes I just walk around the house and things just don't look right smell right or sound right, and even after what he tryed to do to me I do miss the man he was before all the crazyness got into his head, Now I have to focus on my girls and my life as it is now. we can do it yes we can, one day everything will be not just fine but it will be o.k, o well I don't know what else to say so I will be back soon,
