I bought my liquid pearls online on evilbay. I've never seen them in a store. Personally, I just use puff paint now, it is lots cheaper and works the same, just get the iridescent or pearl type. Also, Ranger had dimensional pearls out now, they are a bigger bottle than the liquid pearls, but have prettier colors and they work the best for the little dots, but they are more expensive to. You can find them online also, but I don't know about locally either.
