I have a pretty cheap photo editing software on my computer, "PhotoImpressions." It came with the $20 digital camera I got my son for Christmas. I think MS Paint has the same option though. You just pick a color and use the fill tool( the one that looks like a paint bucket pouring). I've seen people do a lot better. I just thought I would give it a shot.
