I have an Excel spreadsheet. I actually keep one with two tabs: completed books, and ones I want to read. (I'm a little "OCD".) The wish list has title, author, current price, and any notes that might help me decide when to move it up on the list. My completed tab has title, author, series name & number (if relevant), the price I paid, my "1 through 5" rating, and the date I finished reading it.

Let's see... my "wish list" currently has 378 titles on it. And that's not counting close to 80 "waiting to read" books on my Kindle. (I can't pass up all the freebies!) That's also not counting that a bunch of those books are part of a series (I only list whichever one is next on my wish list.) And yet I keep haunting threads like this one, looking for more book suggestions.
