Actually, we have a problem.

I bought a $50 gift certificate for myself, which the order confirmation screen agrees should have been $45 with the promotion (which did not require a coupon code, it happened atuomatically in checkout). And indeed, $45 is what I agreed to when I confirmed my purchase.

So why does my email from Paypal say "You authorized a payment of $50.00 USD to Scrapbook.com"?

Indeed, the email I received from Scrapbook.com also says the order total was $50; so does the order status page I got to by clicking the link in that email, and worst yet, my bank's website confirms that a $50 charge from Scrapbook.com is pending.

I did NOT authorize a charge of $50; I authorized a charge of $45.

Not cool at all. Without some kind of resolution, the order I place using this gift certificate will definitely be my last.
