If you don't have the barcode, maybe someone else here could help you out?
If you have the barcode and get "no name" for return, or a completely blank field, it means that the system cannot find the product in the database OR on the internet. In that case, you will have to fill in the product name in the name field and add the product from there, manually.
It often happens with older and discontinued items. Just add the product name, and from the Inbox you could even add an image to that product post, if you have one.
