in my old albums, back before my scrapping started getting chunky, I could get probably 40-45 page protectors in an album. A lot of those old layouts were done on both sides of a single page. Still, I bet you could get at least 35-40 page protectors , or 70-80 single-page digital layouts, into a D-ring binder.
