Okay, this has nothing to do with scrapbooking, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway.
I am in serious need of some motivation to get myself back into shape! I thought a challenge would be just the kick I need to get develop some healthy habits (they say it takes 28 days to start a habit, ya know...)
So, here's what I was thinking, that we could do a healthy habits challenge, based on points.
100 points for creating a weekly meal plan/menu
25 points for weekly weigh-in if you have a weight loss goal
1 point per healthy recipe shared on the thread
5 points per 8 oz glass of water
5 points per serving of fruits/veggies/whole grains
SUBTRACT 5 points per UNhealthy snack (pop/soda, candy bars, cookies, cakes, etc.--don't lose points for DIET soda)
5 points for posting your daily food log/journal each day. Either at your sb.com blog or in this thread.
15 points per 20 minutes of exercise/physical activity
