OK, I've gotta ask.

Is there such a thing as an extra large stamp pad?

If so, would it be worth it? Or would it maybe dry up too quickly?

Mainly, I'd just like to have the option of a larger area!

If something does exist, please let me know!

TIA!

I saw one at M's in the kids section. It was huge- like 8 x8. I don't think it was good quality ink though.

I am not sure what the point of a bigger stamp would be though, since I always flip my stamps upside down and ink them that way. The tiniest stamp pad works for the biggest stamp. And its smaller to store.

That's what I'm afraid of.

I thinking that stationery stores would sell something similiar as well.

I use the same technique (holding it upside), but I'd especially like the option, just because of Murphy's Law. The one in which more often than not, when stamping, I've been known to drop the ink pad. Whether it be on the floor, onto my project or onto myself!

Ranger has Big & Juicy pads that are 4.25 x 6.25 and I've seen they also have a large Black Archival ink pad at HL that is about 5 x 6.5.

you would think there would be 12 x 12" stamps to stamp an entire page...and those stamps would need a 12 x 12" ink pad.
hey this might be the next big trend... you heard it here first.

I love Black Archival ink so I bought that jumbo sized one thinking I would use it with my larger stamps. I used it a couple of times and just didn't care for it. I thought it wasn't as "inky" and it seems that I usually like to bring my ink pad down to the stamp. I tossed it in the giveaway pile six months ago and I don't miss it. The regular size is perfectly fine!

I stamp. All. The. Time.
