I've seen lots of layouts with ink splotches on them. I love the look but have no idea how to do. Could someone tell me what type of ink I need to use and how to achieve this look.
Thanks much!
Emma

There are several ways to do this. Sprays, paint dabbers, stickers, stamps, or ink just dabbed onto paper with a brush or foam applicator. It might be easier to show an example that you'd like to 'copy' and we can give more specific directions.

My favorite is Mister Huey's spray mist, but any spray mist will work. I just unscrew the pump from the bottle and "flick" it at the paper to get the splotches.

Or a cheaper thing to do is buy a really cheap set of acrylic paints and flick it with a brush/toothbrush. I did that on my Motorcycle Diary page.

The best way I've found so far to get ink splotches is to try to get a nice, even coat of an ink spray....
