so, i don't order from here often, but that might have to be changing... today, when i received happy mail from carta bella for one of their giveaways, i decided to order the 6 by 6 pack and an extra of one of the 12 by 12's. I liked the b side of and wanted to use the a side too, so decided to order an extra copy of that one... well anyway, I submitted my order at about 145... by 302, i had received confirmation that my order had shipped! that's some amazing customer service right there!!! I have always experienced quick shipping from SB.com!
I still get surprised though because it is so amazing how quick they are!
I used to think Amazon was the quickest, but nope...SB.com leaves them in the dust!!!!

i agree, they do leave amazon in the dust! i may have to start shopping here more often... i bought from another site a couple weeks ago and it took almost 1.5 weeks just to package my order... wow this was a great surprise...

Must be where you all live or something. SB takes a long time to get to me... but then I live on the East coast so maybe that is the issue.

Amazon ships quicker but I never buy my scrappy stuff there.
