DD's school is having a fundraiser.

My favourite computer shop has given me a coupon for 5 items cost +10 + tax.

2% of the pre tax-sales amount will go to the school.

I'm looking at a net book for $80 cheaper than the cheapst local online supplier.

But what else should I grab?

What about a printer? Either an AIO or maybe a nice photo printer? Would it be worth using the coupons for ink? Or is ink cheap over there?

Extra battery for the netbook.

Do they sell cameras?

Paper Shredder? I go thru 1 or 2 of the cheap ones each year.

Any software you want/need? Maybe for the kids?

An Extra battery is a great idea.

As for childrens softwear Noel Leaming often has great sales for that type of thing. But it wouldn't hurt to look.

I'm rather excited about the netbook it's simular to one I was looking at last year but comes with built in wifi and is not reliant upon a set network. So should be able to use the free wifi in my old town.

No Queueing with 8 year olds.

I should go grab it. I don't want to end up with one made recently coponent shortages mean the new netbooks will not be quite as nice.

Well I had a set budget and spent $20 more. $15 of that was buying belkin brand at my brothers insistence.

I got the netbook,
A pink bag so I can find my computer saved $15
Skype camera saved $10 (I went cheap and nasty.)
A multiport usb-hub saved $30
A portable usb EHD. Saved $30
A wi-fi router for a domestic network saved $25

And then my coupon ran out before I could start on the computer inks and extra camera SD's. I need a micro SD for my phone.

If anyone goes to DD's school. I will happily spend the coupon for you.

Still need a blue ink. I have one but I'm not going 4 1/2 hours after I forgot it.

Should have bought a nikon. But the new camera I bought DF for Xmas has gone awol. And I'm having to have my brother forward me DD's 5th birthday photos. I'm not in a ruah to get another one.
