I have several layouts that I would like to organize... Actually, to move them from my main gallery into their own albums. How do I do that? Do I have to delete them and re-upload? I've looked everywhere for an answer to this question, but I can't seem to find it.
Thanks so much for any help you can provide,
Barbara

It's easy, even tho it's not exactly obvious.

First, create your album thru the My Albums link.

Then, go to the layout that you want to move. Click on Edit Photo - small letters, towards the right. You'll go to another screen.

Partway down this second screen, you'll see Change Category. This has the same drop down box as your initial category selection. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, and you'll see your personal albums.

Click Submit at the bottom, and your layout will be moved to the album!

Hello, I'm Tanya and 1 day old to this place. I'm looking forward to meeting you all and sharing my pages with you. I'm not sure how to work everything here, or what all the slang is, I sort of feel a little lost. I figure with a little help from the pro's like you all, I'll do just fine.

I am trying to figure this out. I'm getting lost on finding the "edit photo". Is that where it says admin. edit?

When I moved my pics to my albums, I noticed they were no longer listed in member galleries under the catagory name, like 'military', heirloom; etc. Does that mean they can only be at one place at a time? How could I get them to be at 2 places at once? Or is that even possible?

They'll only be in one place at a time - a broad category, or a personal album.

Where can I find my comments history? I found forum posts history and private, public messages history. Anybody know how I can trace 'comments' from My Place? Or IS there such a thing?

Hi, Megan! I didn't know where to post this to ask you a question. Didn't want to PM you since that is actually part of my question. Is it considered bad manners to send someone a PM without their permission? I've looked over the tutorial and checked rules, but I can't find an answer. Reason: I recently sent someone a personal message to offer sympathy/concern. After sending it, I wondered if I showed bad forum manners. Appreciate any advice. Thanks, Megan

That's one I've never been asked!

I've never heard, or considered it to be, bad manners to send someone a PM. Especially if you're showing concern for them!

So, no worries - it's all good!

Thanks so much, Megan! I appreciate it. I was worried, because I've seen posters say, "you may PM if you wish." That's what made me start thinking it was considered polite to have permission first. Well, I feel better now. Thanks again.

Go to My Place, and look on the left for My Private Messages - PM is a private message.

Ok, I need help with my avatar. I have an image that I've re-sized to be under the max size and I can preview the avatar in my Avatar Settings, but then when I click Proceed, it get some weird page about not having any referral credits and then when I go back into my Avatar settings it shows no avatar selected?????!?:!?!? What am I doing wrong?

If you're having issues, try skipping Preview. Some systems have an issue with Preview, but if you go straight to Proceed, it works!

Hi, I have a couple of questions, one is if there is some kind of calendar or place within 'my place' were I can set a table with the dates and requirements for my swaps... it would be nice if I could keep up with them with something like that.
The second questions is how do I remove sections from my place? like library, and other that I don't use?
