I agree. They are some kind of hideous!

We had an 8 track player, too. But not because they were popular then, just because we were behind the times!

How about the shirts with the rainbows across the front that went down onto the sleeves. My best friend and I had matching shirts like that in jr. high.
Or the shoe laces with the little pictures of hearts or rainbows etc... on them,
and then in high school all the hideous neon!!!!
"Wake me up before you go-go", and tucking your pants into your socks and then wearing white canvas tennies with no laces.
It was so funny to me when bell bottoms came back in style a few years back cuz I can remember wearing green bell bottoms with yellow dingle balls at the hems...I hated them but I was too little to argue about them with my mom.
Wow, it's amazing when you sit down and think about this stuff what all comes back to you!!

What fun!

I'm really going to age myself with this one, but I had a Mrs. Beasly doll when I was about 4 and I just loved her!

Mork from Ork. Oh yeah.

Does anybody remember the real monkey dolls made from socks? Not the look alikes.

And the lifesize dolls made so poorly you could scratch yourself badly on the seams?

I remember having cut out pictures from teen magazine hanging on my walls of C THOMAS HOWEL. MATT DILLON,
Ahh yes...The Outsiders!! What a group of guys, huh? And I think Leif Garrett dated Kristy McNichol, they weren't related. TIGER BEAT magazine was one of my favorites. I remember Family Affair too. I thought the oldest sister was sooo beautiful.

Adam And The Ants...I was like 7 or 8 and I had the biggest crush on him...my parents were horrified! It was around that time I went travelling with my grandparents, and I acquired a big poster of Adam at a 'fair' in England...which conveniently got lost during our travels (I know my nanna would have destroyed it- she thought he was a bad influence!)
Boy George...What can I say? LOL!
