You could put part of it on a hidden tag. Or you could make a pocket, and put the entire recipe on a couple tags to pull out.
Anyone else have ideas?

You could print it out on a longer sheet and then fold it to accommodated the size of the layout.

My main dish will be Chicken Scallopini
and my side will be Orzo, Tomato and Zucchini Toss

Thanks. I will use one of these ideas. Just wasn't sure if that was ok.
Put me down for Eggplant Rollatini for my main dish and Amaretti Ice Cream Dessert for dessert.

ALL these recipes sound yummy!!!! We LOVE Italian food here! For birthday hubby took me to Olive Garden... one of my favorite places to eat.

This recipe is delicious. What really makes it is the homemade sauce. That's why the recipe is so long. First you make the sauce then assemble the rollatini. I got lots of compliments when I made it last Christmas.
