Is there a such thing as a 12x12 binder, that you can like get 12x12 page protectors for to hold paper and insert 12x12 dividers to seperate brands and lines and such? I just think it would be a really convenient way to store paper so I was wondering if it existed.

I know there are albums out there that maybe you could use it as a binder, also there is a neat thing called the scrap rack if you google it you should find the website and places that sell it. looks pretty neat from what I have seen..

Try the PSB by Crop In Style . (I have 2!)
It has all different types of refills you can get - including 12x12.

Are you referring to 3 ring binders like we used in school, only in 12x12 size?

Several companies make sb's that are 3 ring binders in 12x12. I know Hobby Lobby carries them (regular price $15, usually on sale for 50% off). The superstore here also carries them.

They also sell specific page protectors for these albums, I've found that most 12x12 page protectors will fit in mine. I bought just one to use for storage of certain papers. You can make your own dividers for whatever categories you want to have.
