I was just curious if cutting chipboard with your cutting machine, (assuming that you have a cutting machine that says you CAN) dulls your blade and makes your machine run not so good after you do it? I am asking because a lot of things SAY that you can do something but that doesn't always mean that you should for the health of your device?? I hope this makes sense

I don't have any of the electronic machines but have a Sizzix BigKick and cut chipboard all the time with Sizzix Original and Bigz dies and they haven't dulled at all. I haven't been successful cutting chipboard with the Sizzlets. I also have an Accucut GrandMark and it cuts chipboard perfectly.

I cut chipboard with my cricut an deep cut blade, and it does just fine. I haven't noticed any change in performance whatsoever.

I have a Klic N Kut and it cuts chipboard with no problems. They make a special blade for cutting chipboard that does a great job.
