Yes Julie, he needs to pull his weight! i don't believe in doing all the cleaning just because I'm a woman, or because I work from home. I work just as much as David does, so we share all of the chores.
I agree with that 100%!
I am so glad Raul likes to cook, I would not mind doing all the housework if he took care of the cooking every day, a girl can dream
For the first time in years we are spending the 24th in one place. My aunt Olga (dads oldest sister) is visiting her daughters so we will gather at my cousins house, we haven't spent Christmas all together in years so I am looking forward to that day, even though I might have to work
On the 25th we are having Raul's sisters over at our house, he is going to cook a turkey
I just talked to my sister. My mom went to a retina specialist today, and they are sending her to the eye center in Philly to the emergency room. She's on her way there now.
I feel like I have a 90-year-old helpless woman. She didn't even ask the doctor what they are going to do at the eye hospital, but we're assuming surgery. She lost her peripheral vision the weekend after Thanksgiving, and she waits until a week before Christmas to do anything about it. I doubt that they'll let her fly next week.
I hope it all goes well, but I'm not looking forward to my Christmas being ruined. If she had went in immediately, she's already be healed by now.
