the gazelle is my first machine, so all new to me. I do work with computers though, so not completely in the dark! Is there anyone in eastern/central Iowa that works with these that can give me some hands on advice/tips? The videos are just so hard to use when you are trying to go back and forth between watching and actually doing while learning.

Oops, I just posted the following on your other post and was going to suggest you post in this forum instead since it's specific to Gazelles

Have you tried the Gazelle forums on the BossKut website? They are very helpful, and the owners will likely even offer to call you directly.

However - what exactly is your problem? Mine worked just fine right out of the box. For some reason it helps if the machine itself is plugged into a USB port on your computer itself (i.e., not on a USB router). Also make certain you have the right software - like do need to get the upgraded driver for Windows 7?

Or is it the software you're trying to learn?
