Does anyone know where I can get paper related to the eye doc (visit, e chart, etc)? Everywhere I've looked has Doctor paper, Nurse paper, Dentist paper but no Optometrist/Eye Doc *tear*

Have you thought about using some online eyecharts and printing them on card stock or transparency sheets?

I have a sheet of paper that has eye charts all over it. It's by Reminisce. It's there What's Up Doc collection and the specific sheet of paper is called Eye Chart. They probably don't make it anymore, as I've had this for a while. Maybe you can find it on ebay though.

Here's a few products that relate. I've never seen any eye doctor specific paper. By the way, if you search "eye" in the find it fast box, you will get the most random selection of products LOL!
