I bought 6 bigger plastic containers, like the ones below, and separated all my flowers by colors. Most of the empty packages I just threw away, but I don't really want to pitch the nicer Prima jars, especially since they're nice glass. There has to be something I could use them for!

Any ideas??

Holding other embellies is a great idea.

Or, what about using them as a decoration? They'd be cute vases for real flowers. I could see several in a row with a single gerbera daisy in each!

Ooooh... I'm liking the idea to use them for real flowers!
That will require finding my bottle of Goo Gone to get those labels off!

Any other ideas? You all are so creative, I it!

Well, that's simple! You buy more Primas so you can have more jars.

I'm w/the majority. I LOVE candles and the lady that I buy mine from(by the case)puts them in mason jars. So when I am not being lazy, I clean and wash them and decided they were great to seperate my buttons into. They look pretty.

I agree with the organizing of colors for your buttons, brads, etc... plus maybe if you have a lot of ribbon scraps.

I've also seen (and am working on) cute altered projects where you "catch" things in your jars, like butterflies, fireflies or faries.

Yes, I will definitely NEED to buy more Primas so I can have more jars!!

The more I think about it, the button thing probably sounds like the best idea for now... I have 2 of those Bag O Buttons things, and the jars would be much prettier containers for them!

I tried using them for buttons but it drove me NUTZ,,,I like just a large zip lock container for buttons because my hand fits right in and i can move the buttons around and don't have to dump them all out to get one button out,,,,,,

but buttons ARE pretty in there!!!!!

I use my mine for buttons. I also have one filled with small christmas embellies and one with small fall embellies. You could also use them in other rooms in the house...they make a nice small flower vase.
