I'm working on a page that I want to use chipboard embellishments on. They are speech bubbles, so I want to write on them. I tested a Sharpie on one piece, and it doesn't really show up that well. These are finished (paper coated?) pieces as opposed to the "raw" chipboard. So, I would like to know if there are any pens out there that are better for writing on these pieces.

TIA!

I use Slick Writers by American Crafts to write on just about everything including chipboard. They are quick drying and don't bleed. I love 'em!

Yep - ditto! Slick writers are the way to go - can even write on photos with them. They will work.

If the surface you want to write/draw/doodle on is slick/plastic I really recommend the Zig Photo Signature pen!! Dries extremely fast and you can write on just about anything!
