Santa Tracks

Leave a trail of Santa's snow-laddened footprints in your livingroom by taking a men's boot and dipping it in baking soda. Then leave trail tracks going from the door or chimney which ultimately lead next to the tree!

I really need to vent here. The 12 days of Christmas are NOT the first 12 days of December as so many seem to believe. Celebrated by most Christian religions, the twelve days start with Dec. 25th and end on January 6 (Epiphany)when it is believed the magi delivered their gifts.

A poem that a friend posted on another thread . . .

Twas the night before Christmas, I’m glued to the tree.
I’m wondering what Santa brought just for me.
Could it be cardstock or inkpads or lace?
Or some stamps, I said, with a smile on my face.
And that’s when I heard him……
“Hi Santa, ” I said
He replied, “You know….good girls should be in their beds”.
“I know I should Santa,and now I’ve been caught.
But I was just so excited to see what you brought.”
“Well, let’s take a look in this room where you work”.
He shook his head quickly, and left with a jerk.
I heard him exclaim as he put it in gear.
“You’ve got enough cr*p, I’ll see you next year!”

Hope you all get as much of a laugh as I did!

I realize that.

I won't exactly be here Christmas Day through the first week of January.

This thread is mearly meant for fun.

That is all & I'm pretty sure that was understood.

All the stores start celebrating Christmas the day after Halloween. I think we're allowed the first 12 days of the month.
