What is the best way to add color to chipboard?

Paint, ink, glimmer mist, smooch sprits, pp, etc. The possibilities are really endless. I personally like glimmer mist and pp.

I don't think there is a "best" way, just different ways that give you different looks.
I like to use Color sprays (tattered angels, maya road, etc), stamping inks, paint, Stickles, paper, embossing powders w/ ink, Alcohol ink, glitter, perfect pearls and more.

My fav and the easiest is the paint daubers. They give great covereage. You can get them from the superstore or your local craft store. They come in tons of colors. I linked just a few.

I did one where I painted it abd then used utee over it I have it in my gallery.

So far I have only covered my chipboard with paper.
