Gigi, yep still suppose to be warm the next few days, not in the 100's but mid to high 90's, but at least the sun isn't out as long anymore so it can cool down a little in the evening sooner.

Siobhan, I think I am starting to get what you, Hunter, Gigi and Megan had, not sure if it is just the changing weather causing it or if something is starting. ugh! I am going to sit and watch football today and work more on my Christmas cards. I have a Halloween card class tomorrow night that I am going to that is using the new Halloween papers, so I might be placing an order with you real soon. I think I am really wanting that cart. hehehe

I rearranged my room last month and then went though all the paper. Reminded me of what paper I had. Been using a lot of the older papers.

We will be in Vaccaville next week. DHs meetings so I should check out the weather, guess it really might be different that your weather, Joy.

Yes, Joy, you need that cart. I thought nope with the 3D stuff but it has so much more on it. So many objects for embellishments plus a font too!!! I love it! Plus the stamp is really cute for $5 bucks it is more than cute.

Gigi, yep should be cooler in vacaville, they are getting more of the delta breezes so it is cooling them off quite a bit.

Siobhan, the leaves on the Autumn layout and the pumpkins are cut from other papers and then layered on. The paper is from a set Megan and I got and then thought " Dang we need Autumn around here"

Good Afternoon Girlies!! Sorry I haven't been posting much. I have been trying to stay off the lappie and get my work done around here. Plus I think I ran errands almost every day this last week. I hate it when I put stuff off and end up having to go several days in a row. I like staying home...lol.

Oldest GS was here Friday and Saturday so I tend to do a lot of cooking when he is around too. I made a huge stew pot full of ham and a bean soup mix yesterday. It came out soooo good. I am going to end up freezing a bunch of it though, which is fine...lol. I have decided I need a food saver so I am going to start researching them and figure out what I need. I want one that can do soups if I can find it. I am always making big pots of soups and stews and freeze a lot of it in zip lock bowls. I want to eliminate the bowls. They take up too much room. Plus I buy big packages of meat when there is a good sale and rewrap it too.

I wish I would have had one this morning. A friend gave me a ton of carrots and onions so I cleaned, steamed, cut up and froze 3 quart bags of carrots and then cleaned, cut up, and froze 5 half quart bags of onions. I am getting ready to do some of the soup in a bit here. I have been washing dishes and cleaning as I go trying to get that kitchen cleaned.

Sooo, my plans for the rest of today are to finish up the kitchen and vacuum the floor. Then I need to sweep and mop the bathroom and entry and put my bathroom back together. I decided to stick with the bath & kitchen this last week and get them all cleaned really good instead of starting on my living room. I cleaned out all my cabinets and the fridge and freezer in the kitchen and the bathroom is all shiny now too, just need to do the floor. Been keeping my kitchen caught up too so I will have 2 rooms all done and shiny today. Tomorrow I am going to start on the living room so need to finish these today. If the living room takes 2 weeks, so be it, but I AM going to have a clean room when I am done.

Geesh, I am watching Hoarders and I think I need to go clean something...lol. I will be in and out today. You all have a great SUNDAY!!

Pam, good to see you on. Wow, you had a lot to freeze. Good it was free vegs too. Megan has one but I am not sure what hers is. Maybe you could call her.

Pam- I love my food savor! I just have an older one that my MIL let me have. There are ones at costco though (if you have a membership or know someone who does) you can also buy the bags/rolls there for a good price.
