I am home again. BP ended up going down so I am on bedrest for the next week.

Hey gals! I think I am caught up!!!!
Had my 3rd perinatal appt yesterday. For those new gals, we lost our 2nd child at birth (39weeks) and have been kind of walking on egg shells with this pregnancy. Anyway, the doc said our little girl is growing PERFECTLY! I am 30w and they said she weighs 3lbs 5oz. And he said she looks so good we don't have to go back to perinatal!!! What a HUGE relief!!!! By this stage in our last pregnancy, we suspect our son had had one or several strokes in utero and was losing brain mass. But this baby looks FAB!
I have 10 weeks left and it is starting to feel like I don't have enough time to get ready!!! 
Anyone have suggestions for diaper bags?
Glad your little one is doing so well! I can't imagine losing a child at 39 weeks! Makes what I'm dealing with seem easy peasy.
Diaper bags? My sister makes GORGEOUS ones. I don't know if she has pictures or not but if you're interested I can see what I can find out for you. She usually makes them for friends/family. She was going to make one for me. She still will when we decide to try again.

i was on bedrest with my first one and she was 6 weeks early. your almost there!!
Danielle i;m so sorry to hear about your previous pregnancy!! so glad to hear your little one is growing perfectly this time i bet you are just tickled pink!!
i would love to know some ideas on diaper bags as well. i;m so picky i like lots of pockets ont he inside to stuff bottles and toys and what not and not have to dig around all the time like i do my purse (thats a different story  )
i did find one at target when i registered adn it had pockets and such just not sure if i like the opening on it it zips but i'm not sure if it opens up wide enough again i could be just overly picky this time. went thru way to many diaper bags with the first one dont want to do that again
anyway the diaper bag is called spark pockets i havent seen it online will see if i can do a regular google search.

Mandi your purse sounds like mine (DH calls it a black hole). I have been struggling to find the right diaper bag too.

Jessie what brand is the diaper bag you got i might look into that one.
Chrissy its horrible with the purse. i seen this organizer thing on tv and keep bugging dh to buy me one so i have a place for everything and dig thru the dang thing every day

Starting to think this baby might not wait till 37+ weeks to come out. I few days ago I was having contrations for over 1 1/2 every 10mins AFTER I laid down. They stopped just before I was supposed to call my dr back. I am trying to take it easy and not do to much so my house look like h#ll. ever sense then I have had some through out the day. if it keeps up this weekend my dr will change my u/s appt to tue ( right now I have one of friday). So good thoughts that this baby stays put

23w 2d.
With the kids I have it is not dust bunnies I am worried about. but I don't want it to come earlly ether. I will keep the clothes clean and the dishes washed. I also told DH if he wanted more done then he would have to do it

my D&C is scheduled for Monday at 2.  It's going to cost me over $2k. Yes, that's right- I'm being healthy, taking care of myself, doing what I need to do to be sure I don't get sick and I have the pleasure of paying LOTS of money. Can't wait to change insurance in Oct! Looks like I'll be leaving this group for a while. I'll come back and check in on you guys tho. Much love and hugs to all expecting mommies.

Got a call from my OBs nurse today. They said I passed my glucose test!!! But am low on iron. So now I will be taking an iron supplement. If that is as bad as it gets I will take it!!!!

oh Tiffany im so sorry to hear that. they really know how to get you with costs of stuff and what insurance does and doesnt pay.
hang in there Jessie sounds like me and you are in the same boat right now!! i too have been feeling contractions even when laying down. i go every other week to get an U/S and see my dr i also work full time atm and let me tell you my house looks like the pitts. my living room threw up baby stuff along with other stuff and my kitchen is a disator. i hate to admit all that but its true. dr doesnt think i will make it to my c-section date and i will be put on bed rest. i am actually 24 weeks i thought i was 23 weeks so hang in there. i have been thru this before and its no fun at all keep your spirits up!!

Chissy I am doing good. still having some contrations but at least they stop before 2 hrs. Still have an U/S on friday. HOPING Dh took off some time to at least watch the kids
