When sb.com upgraded the site earlier last week, I was logged out. I have not been able to gain access to my original account that I have maintained for years. I placed a help ticket, last Thursday, requesting assistance because the message I received says that I have "Multiple Records Found - Please contact to resolve this problem"!!! I've never had multiple accounts on the site, so I am greatly confused as to what this could mean.
I would love to gain access to my old account - and not start over with this NEW "temporary" account. Please help!!
